From 2010 to 2013, he studied in the College of Computer and Software, Shenzhen University, and received master’s degree. During the period from 2013 to 2023, he worked in Zhuhai Jieli Technology Co.,Ltd., engaged in CMOS analog integrated circuit design. In May 2023, he joined the Joint Lab of Brain-computer Interface and Human-computer Interaction of Guangdong Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology, as an analog design engineer.

Research Direction: CMOS analog integrated circuit design

During the post-graduate period, his work was focused on CMOS analog filter. He researched on the architecture and design method of analog filter based on CMOS process.

During the working period in Zhuhai Jieli Technology Co., Ltd., he mainly engaged in the design of video output interface, analog part of NFC device, Bluetooth receive chain, WIFI receive chain, FM receive chain, as well as the related calibration scheme for transceiver. Related chips have achieved mass production, some of them received China Chip “Best Market Performance” Award or “China Semiconductor Innovation Products and Technologies” Award. Shengyue Lin has rich engineering experience in the field of CMOS analog circuit design, and has been granted 5 invention patents.
