個人簡介:
2019年畢業于香港理工(gōng)大(dà)學生(shēng)物(wù)醫學工(gōng)程專業,獲生(shēng)物(wù)醫學工(gōng)程博士學位。2019-2022年在美國斯坦福大(dà)學醫學院從事博士後研究。獲得多項國際會議(包括神經科學、生(shēng)物(wù)物(wù)理、生(shēng)物(wù)醫學工(gōng)程、光學工(gōng)程等領域權威國際會議)獎項。相關研究成果在PNAS、Cell Reports、iScience、Advanced Science、 Brain stimulation, Advanced Photonics Research、IEEE TUFFC、STAR Protocols等學術期刊上發表。主持國自然面上項目1項。申請中(zhōng)國發明專利6項,美國專利4項。受邀在牛津大(dà)學《經顱腦調控工(gōng)具書(shū)》撰寫超聲神經調控章節。是STAR Protocols雜(zá)志(zhì)的Advisory board member。
多尺度神經網絡成像和操控研究組:
目前主要聚焦超聲神經調控和超聲腦功能成像技術及其應用研究。
超聲波是一(yī)種較安全的能量形式,在腦功能成像和神經調控中(zhōng)顯示出越來越明朗的應用前景。平面波超聲可以快速對全腦的血流灌注進行成像,得到類似于血氧水平依賴性功能磁共振(BOLD-fMRI)信息。超聲系統相對簡單和小(xiǎo)巧,相比于功能核磁可以用較低的成本實現自由移動生(shēng)物(wù)體(tǐ)的全腦功能成像。另一(yī)方面,研究顯示低能量低頻(pín)率聚焦超聲作爲一(yī)種機械波,可以打開(kāi)機械敏感通道蛋白(bái),在神經刺激、神經-免疫調控等方面都有很大(dà)的應用前景。我(wǒ)(wǒ)們從中(zhōng)發展起來了基于MscL-G22s(一(yī)種細菌中(zhōng)發現的機械敏感通道蛋白(bái))的超聲遺傳學技術,已經被法國學者獨立驗證,日益受到關注。在這些研究基礎上,我(wǒ)(wǒ)們正緻力于開(kāi)發全聲學的跨尺度神經網絡成像和操控技術(包括基于超聲遺傳學的全腦神經網絡解構方法、全腦-脊成像和刺激技術),并探索它們在臨床前和臨床轉化中(zhōng)的應用。
此外(wài),爲了拓展光和聲在顱骨和腦組織中(zhōng)的穿透深度,我(wǒ)(wǒ)們正在開(kāi)發光和聲的波前調控技術,希望推動光和聲相關技術在基礎研究和臨床轉化中(zhōng)的應用。
